I AM SICK OF THIS BANK WASTING MY TIME. I HAVE BEEN CALLED/CALLED YOU HOW MANY TIMES NOW AND YET NO FEEDBACK AND THUS THIS PROBLEMS STAYS UNRESOLVED! YOUR CALL CENTER ADVISED ME THAT THEY WILL ZERO RATE MY CARD AS TRANSACTIONS KEEP GOING OFF LATE SENDING MY ACC INTO A NEGATIVE EACH MONTH! NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY TO AVOID IT, IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE MONTH! AND YOU PEOPLE THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO PENALIZE ME FOR IT! THERE IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN! MY ACCOUNT IS IN A NEGATIVE BECAUSE OF RESERVED PURCHASES GOING OFF FROM MY AVAILABLE BALANCE ONLY NOW! WHY RESERVE IT THEN? WHY TAKE IT OFF FROM THE AVAILABLE BALANCE WHEN YOU RESERVE IT? LIKE I WOULD GO EMBARRASS MYSELF BY SWIPING MY CARD KNOWING I DON'T HAVE THE FUNDS FOR THE TRANSACTION??? WHY IS THIS THE ONLY BANK THIS HAPPENS WITH! I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED. WHATS THE POINT OF BEING SAFE BY SWIPING IF THE BANK CONTINUES TO ME OVER EACH AND EVERY MONTH! AND DON'T TELL ME THE MERCHANTS BANK TOO LATE OR THAT . IM SICK OF YOUR EXCUSES!
