Incorrect Cancellation / False Accusations

Yet another transaction went off my CHEQUE account. After numerous running around, the matter was rectified (so I thought). Upon going onto my internet banking I noticed my Chq acc was in overdraft, I looked and noticed another two transactions had gone off but because there were insuff funds, they were returned. In emails, I advised Std to go ahead and cancel chq card prior to these two new transactions (not done - resulting in charges). I was then told that I had made these purchases, she did not even have the decency to fully look at the transactions etc or the emails I had sent! Who in their right mind would make almost R1k purchases when they know well that there is no money in their chq acc to do so? Incompetency! I am so sick and tired of STD bank and all the that has gone on with my accounts. Now instead of my chq card being cancelled, my credit card has been cancelled and I cannot get into my internet banking either! What is the purpose of being with STD bank, to have every other month?? I want this all sorted out... yesterday! AND please have some kind of decency to respond to a clients emails! Even the branch manager, Dudley can't!
