EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM ABSA

This is now my third complaint!!! Looks like ABSA got this don't care attitude!!! Eventually they said they will pay out money I have to sign the form, which I did and now after another week still waiting. I mailed the Lady she doesn't get back to me... and now that you try to phone them they don't get back to me. The longer we wait the worst the damage is getting, with more rain... And the amount they want to pay out will never cover all the Damage!! WHAT MORE CAN I DO??? Its frustrating, looks like they getting a kick out of it to do this to their clients...
