Money was from my account

I reported to standard bank that money was from my bank account on two separate occasions. reported the matter through all the legal channels. no interest was shown from standard bank and its investigation unit. they told me they would get back to me within fifteen days. its the end of the month already. no one contacted me and my money is still missing.
the manager at the lenasia branch told me that theres nothing they as a bank can do. REALLY!!!
then why do we pay these exorbitant bank fees and charges.
im utterly disgusted at this level of service (or lack thereof). i will seriously close my account and refer all my colleagues and anyone else away from this horrible institution. the fact that money was placed me in a very akward position because i needed that money to get to work and back.
