I have dealt with Standard Bank for over 8 years, i have had numerous problems requiring my accounts and after waiting hours in the bank to get it solved and being told it was all organised its took me 7 months for them to inform vehicle and asset finance about my change.

I then "UPGRADED" to a cheque account and they still don't inform all my beneficiaries i had to take more time off work to try and solve this and it still isn't solved 100% but i am done trying to work with them because i have been very patient and just ignored.

I have never experienced such bad service they say 150 years of moving you forward but i have only been going backwards with my banking and am looking for a new bank as they are not interested in my business.
