Arrangement honored but later handed ove

I had a problem with my bank account, which resulted in wonga debit order being unpaid, and i received a call from the wonga agent of which the arrangement was made that the loan will be repaid in 4 installments inclusive of interest, the last installment went of on the 15th of November but guess what on the 21 of November i received a call from VVM attorneys informing me that my account has been handed over on the 20th of November, and i need this to be sorted out
