Home loan ref no: 4594773 Buying a home is such an important and special time in someone's life, so naturally now that I am doing this as a single mum I so expected the support of my bank of more than 2 decades. I am so disappointed at the service I received at the San Ridge branch and from the Call Centre agents at Home Loans. 1stly I was advised that I needed to change my account to Prestige banking and I would not have to do anything apart from supply the necessary and my home loan would be though. I did so, my account was debited, but there was no sign of this prestige banker. I then went in and cancelled the prestige banking, then an agent called me, but it was too late, I already took time off and dropped of all my paperwork with a Susan. I then received a message from the Call Centre, stating that the paperwork was missing, so I re-sent whatever was required. I then had an agent call me and say that all was in order and that she was passing it onto the next section. Today I called and the agent informed me that I need to redeem my approval, which is what I did already, but she could not understand me at all. How is it possible that 1 company is paying so many people to do a
