FNB unauthorised debit

Good day,

I had a discovery card afew years ago. I have had no contact from FNB ans was just handed over to attorneys... Found this out this morning. There was an amount of R6990 deducted from my account without any notification. This is unacceptable!!! Please have this amount reversed.
