Paid card finish with one and the other one deduct

I was handed over to Norman Bissit attorneys a few years back for a Discovery Credit card. They contacted me and advised that the amount handed over to them was -R11000 and with all there charges it will come to -R14000. I then set an arrangement to pay the account. I then paid this amount for 4 years and a few months which totals to more than R16500. Last year October I spoke to them and advised that the account is now paid. Today i see a dedcution of R500 off my account. I contact Legal and speak to Tefo. He informed me that the deductions is because I never paid Groenewald attorneys. What a F*&ken joke. I tell him he needs to sort it out and reverse the payment he just tell me they cant. The client now have to run arround and get all this information that was sent from FNB. Are they stupid. Did they not receive the payments from Norman and Bisset. Please sort this out and refund the R500 back to me asap. This is and get your act together. Your competition is catching up to you and with this sloppyness you might just go from hero to zero.
