Hael damage to property

We had a very bad heal storm in krugersdorp on the 28th Nov, registered the claim on-line the 29th and up until this day no response from absa insurance. After numerous unanswered calls and different numbers I phoned just to find out I need to phone a different number that never gets answered. My ceiling are collapsing and all carpets and cupboards etc is damaged due to further rain and no response from absa. I am definitely phoning the ombudsman.
