Outsurance is brilliant

Some may say that complimenting your colleagues is like kissing your sister, but after my experience and how i was treated i have to pay a compliment. With all the thousands of claims captured after the hail storm i did not expect my claim to be seen to immediately. i expected it to be the case of " you can wait because you understand our situation". this was not the case at all. Francois Korb called me the day before he was going into hospital to set up an appointment and Elmarie gave me feedback very quickly that my claim would be settled. All of us are under extreme pressure at the moment trying to deliver awesome service to our client and it is good to see that i was as much a priority as our other clients. It makes me very proud to know that I work with such a dedicated group of people.
