Hail damage

We had a severe hail storm which caused damage to property and to our caravan. I reported it and within a day got reaction to the effect that I should get a quote for the repairs. On submitting the quote the response was exceptionally fast and I received notice that the claim will be settled. Any delays during the whole transaction was because of me not being able to deliver on my part. The service I received from Janine was always professional and very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The experience was however marred by the increase in my monthly contribution.
