I purchased an IPAD through FNB more than a year ago. my experience with FNBwas great as its always been in the past. In January i was in the market for a smart phone and applied online. The application was successful and a consultant called me to take mne through confirming my personal details and going through the terms and conditions - ie. referring to a binding agreement to ensure that i dont default on the agreement. i was told the courier would be in contact and that pmt was to be made on my salary date. i called todat to confirm when delivery would happen only to be told that there was a mistake and my application was cancelled as i already have a device. while i understand this, my application was approved both online and by telephone and i was made clear on my responsibility as a customer and now FNB due to an error on their side can breach our agreement. Brandon, you lack of skills and your service was pathetic.
