Really getting fedup with FNB. First I wait a week for any response from FNB regarding my smart device application. Then FNB contacts me and does a quick application over the phone. The cost of the monthly installment was discussed but nothing about delivery costs etc...
I have not received any agreement via e-mail stating the amount having to be paid for any courier service at all.
On my online application I did everything and gave all the details and what I needed, Insurance and everything. I doubt that it has been added to the account.

FNB's new website is pathetic and looks like their service has gone down the drain with it!!!
