Smart devices from FNB just not worth the hassle!!

I completed an online application for an iPad (29.06.2013) and received a text in response saying that I didn't meet the credit criteria for the iPad for which I had applied. I was irritated as I knew that I did meet all the credit criteria as it was laid out on the FNB website, and also because the text message provided no further details and also didn't give any details as to who could be contacted to find out more about why the application was denied. I then after phoning different numbers, dealing with person after person who was unable to help me, managed to do a telephonic application for the iPad and this application was (what do you know?!) successful (the lady who helped me could not tell me why my online application had been denied). I then began the seemingly endless wait to get a phone call from the courier company regarding delivery of the device. Today, 16 working days after I did the telephonic application for the iPad I have still my heard anything from FNB or the courier company (no text, no email and no phone call). And when I phoned 0860102970, option 6, this morning I spoke to a women who was entirely unhelpful, rude and put the phone down on me! Disgusted!!
