The worst service ever!!!

I received a new credit card and they did not link my accounts - I had to phone this morning

Spent 22 minutes on the line getting transferred from one department to another

Nobody could assist me - rather went to the branch - which service to add was alos poor - waited 45 minutes in a line

Finally I was transferred to the supervisor Benjamin and he cut the call one me

I was never phoned back

No wonder people go to FNB
