Pathetic Service from Standard Bank Consultants

I have been paying Standard bank credit card and every month, same dates.. Initially, I requested Standard bank to do a debit order from my bank account every 25th of the month and Indeed that arrangement was made. After some time, I noticed that a debit order is taking place on the 26th instead of the 25th due to the fact that standard bank system is unable to to debit order on the 25th.. I then cancelled that debit order then decided to pay electronically every month and I never skipped any month.
Now, for some reason.. January, March and April months have judgments and I don't know why because as far as my understanding my account is supposed to be up to date. I phoned Card division and the consultant couldn't answer my questions, then transferred me to card divisions. Unfortunately, I couldn't be helped from Card division as well and I was transferred to ITC / Legal department where I was transferred back to Customer services department.. In short, all of the above mentioned Standard bank departments couldn't help and answer my questions and now my credit history from TransUnion appears as if I am a bad payer and this is because of Standard bank. What a service from STD BANK!
