Absolute waste of time and pathetic service!!!

Two weeks ago I spent 6 LONG hours inside the Eastgate FNB trying to remove myself as a signatory on a Business Account. After six hours I asked the consultant if she needed anything else from me, and if ALL my details were removed from this account!!!

Only to receive another statement regarding this account on 02/12/2013.

I then emailed FNB and asked to be removed, only to be told I need to phone their Call Centre, Upon doing that, I was told that I am no longer a signatory on this account and therefore cannot make any changes to the account... SERIOUSLY!!!

Pathetic service all round, first you waste my time for six hours, and then assuring me that ALL my details were removed... then you tell me you can't take my name off the account.

As a PLATINUM banker (soon to be Private) I might move all my account elsewhere... SHAPE UP, OR MORE PEOPLE WILL MOVE OUT!!!
