FNB/Santam/TIC - all together what a letdown!

I had a choice to buy my ticket to London through FNB or ABSA. FNB assured me they have the best travel insurance and that I had no need to worry about anything! So be it I get held up at Airport Security Heathrow, resulting in me missing my flight even though I was there in time and tried everthing to make it in time - more than an hour hold up at security can make you miss your flight! With my claim they paste a nice little quote out of the contract for me - only pays in delay of 6hours or more. Surely there is special situations - What is the use of travel insuranve then. I e-mailed my complaint - still nothing till this day! FNB/Santam Travel Insurance - NO HELP AT ALL!! But were very excited to have me buy my ticket and insurance through them! @
