Claiming Money. Not doing their jo

2011 stuff from Standard Bank came to our school opening Student Achiever accounts. Well I opend one aswell that was never used, but than this Stupid Bank decided that I owe them money. They phoned me frequently telling me to pay them. What's so strange is that out of the whole Matric Class of 2011 I'm the only one "owing" Standard Bank money, for what reason I don't know. I went to the East Rand Mall Branch to query and told them to close the account and they said they'll do it within 7 working days because ther is people debiting money from my account. Where on earth does that come from??? They supppose to do their job, their customer service is poor... How on earth can I pay for something I hardly even know about... Best part of all their Attorneys phoned me earlier to day, telling me they'll take legal action, what am I suppose to do now??? I swear I won't pay that monet cause I have nothing to do with it. They better see that this account gets closed because I never even used it before... STANDARD BANK BIG TIME!!!
