Unhappy, unattended not satisfied standard bank cu

I am so frustrated with standard bank right now. i will cut this very short. i wanted a credit card so they said if am on student achiever option i need to close it then apply for cheque card and the credit card. so they closed the student achiever and i got my cheque and credit card... this was also a long unhappy inconviniencing experience for me :-(

so i have been saving money on the 32 day notice method.so i gave notice for that money to be released and that money went to student achiever account.which to me was closed. so i go to Braamfontein centre standard bank and they tell me the student achiever was not closed so they will just keep it open then when i get the money thety will close it. so when the money was released i went to the ATM. but i could not access the student account. it shows on the the machine but i cant select it.

go back to Braamf. again and they say no now it will show. still not showing i go again a guy check and says he cant assist me i need to go to another department, i go there they cant help telling me to go to my branch, i call they link this with my internet, still cant access. i call they do telephone, still cant access.i emailed them, still..
