I have made a claim (claim no:630761) on Friday the 29 November 2013, I was told the person who will assess the car is been assigned at the same day and she will assess my car on Tuesday 03 December 2013. the car has not been assessed yet and this is making me angry because I need my car to be fix before the 13 Dec 2013 as the panel beaters are closing on the 13 Dec 2013.
