I went to the branch to report that R400 was deducted from my account via stop order from "L.Detector" which I have no idea who that is because I've only recently started working and never signed for anything hence I don't even have credit accounts. When I went there I couldn't be helped for the whole hour and was told even if they reverse the amount back to me they can't guarantee me the same people taking my money will be stopped and on top of that they will deduct R40 each time it happens. I mean really, they can't investigate it because I'm not at fault and yet I have to pay! When I told the consultant that then its better to switch banks because they can't guarantee the safety of my money. she rudely said to me "Ok! ".
