Still waiting for my R400

I got a qoutation from Outsuarence, i was assisted by IRIS Ponen, she gave me a a quotation of R2778.72 for my Toyota Hilux and BMW 323i with a flat access of R3400. i was paying a total of R1696.66 in miway for those two cars and household contents. Outsurance sent me a link that i have to attach my Schedule with miway to be compared like for like which i did. i recieved a call from outsuarence to confirm my banking details and all was fine. around 10:59 on the same day (23rd) i recieved an SMS from Outsuarence saying "The payment of R400 will be made into the elected account on 26/01/2012 Thank you for getting a qoute. regards 08 600 60 000" but until today i havent recieved the money. i was thinking maybe it was deposited from another bank i should wait two days for it to clear, but no, its 5 days no money
