Pleasantly surprised by OUTsurance's great service

I have noticed several complaints around Outsurance and their R400 quote promo - however I must admit that my experience with them had been fantastic.

A few weeks ago I filled in my details on their website for their promo to beat my existing premium; a consultant called me back in about 15 minutes. After the process of gathering all my info and their quoted premium being higher than my existing premium, I was emailed a copy of the quote and an internet link to upload my existing policy schedule to confirm my current premium. I promptly uploaded my schedule and received a confirmation email thereafter (this was roughly 4:30pm on a Thursday afternoon). The next day at about 8:30am I received a pleasant phone call to say that the R400 will be deposited into my account and I needed to confirm my bank details. The R400 was duly deposited into my account that afternoon.

The overall process was efficient and pleasant and I must admit that I half-expected to find some sort of fine print where they'd find some reason not to pay the R400 - but they didn't, and the service was fantastic.
