Slow Service, No communication regarding payments

This must be my 5th call regarding cash in lieu payment due from Anderson Insurance and the safety of my vehicle is now at stake. I need my payout and I keep getting excuses about IT problems but no resolution date or time. how does one have peace of mind with this insurance??? How can a claim be this painful??
