Incompetent _ MUST BE AN ABSA TRADE!!!

I've been struggling to get ABSA to have my Debt review documentation on file for the past 3 years I've had from Driekie Strydom etc dealing and promising all is sorted just to have another person phoning me telling me I dont have anything on file. This happened again last year December (2012) Ive met with my debt councillor and instructed her to get the documents to these people again. TODAY another call my Melosha Ragu. I flipped my top. I explained to her my struggle and why I am frustrated. She first wanted to confirm my identity which I gave her my date of birth. Then she wanted to know when and how I made my last payment when the account was still ok!! Seriously I pay it everymonth with my debt review payment, but I must recall my method and amount of payment 3 years ago. When I told her this is ridiculous she wanted to just end the call due to me just being difficult!! SERIOUSLY!! This lady cannot deal with customers - she should not be working at a call centre. AND TO WTD TO END THE CALL WITH THT attitude!! She phoned me! I told her my frustration and then she just added to it.
