Rejection of claim - with no valid reason

I had insurance with Outsurance, and Miway phoned me and promised me a lower monthly payment, for the same benefits, I changed to miway, in order to save om my premiums, as I have 3 vehicles insured with outsurance, so I changed to miway, what a huge mistake!!! I have a business and changed a driver, from a white driver to a black driver, and suddenly my premium went up, to more than I have paid at outsurance/discrimination? but I paid the higher premium, because I wanted to be insured if something happens with my vehicle. Then my driver my vehicle, I phoned miway immediately, but no-one seems to know what to do now, apparently this was the first time in history that something like this has happened. Terry Terblanche was the assessor. and he promptly decided that the claim would be rejected, he didn't even got in touch with the police and there was no investigations in any form. He just decided that the claim will be rejected, (poor service from this guy) The driver was arrested and sentenced to 6 years in jail. Even the ombudsman was confused and also rejected the claim due" knows why!! " If anyone else my vehicle the claim would be paid out, I am confused!!!
