I joined miway in January 2012 and my monthly premiums were R470.16, in september 2012 the increase my premium to R556.48 because i added Golf Clubs and Jewelery which was fair, however in Oktober they deducted R546.95 and then in December they deducted R679.73... WHY??? And in January R642.18!!! Is there no consistency??? And how does ones premiums jump from R470.16 to R642.18 in a years time!!!

Second incedent, i claimed in December for something small but valuble that was out of my house which was paid out, however i relised that some jewelery is also missing very valuable so I phoned to see if i can add to the claim and i was told that i can't add to a finilised cliam which is understandable so i requested if i can submit a new claim whereby i was told that i cannot!!! SO I'M PAYING FOR INSURANCE THAT I CANNOT USE. DO YOU WANT ME TO SUBMIT A NEW CLAIM BASED ON A LIE??? CLAIM FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS GOT SOMETHING TO DO WITH A PREVIOUS CLAIM BUT BECAUSE YOU SAID NO, I'LL ABOUT A NEW CLAIM, IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT??? WHY DO I HAVE INSURANCE?? Maybe you can refresh my memory!!! I'm on my way mi-way, sure i will find someone who will help me!!!
