Claim for company bakkie

Our company bakkie was on the 12 September 2013 in Vanderbijlpark. Claim was report to our Brokers (Orico - Vanderbijlpark.) on 15 September 2013. Mutual and Federal Investigator Mr Jerry Moeng visited our premise's on 18 September 2013, take a report from us and ask for a SAP21 and settlement letter from Nedbank. This information was send via email to Mr Jerry Moeng on 7th of October 2013. A second settlement letter have been requested, what we DID send of on the 22nd of November 2013. On the 2nd of December they ask for a settlement letter again. Today is the 4th of Dec 2013 nearly 3 months later.. According to me Mutual and Federal work with incompetent people OR do they play for time?
