On the 20th November I receive an sms offering me an increase on my card limit. I reply via sms as requested. 2 weeks later I have had no response. I make the mistake of calling in and talking to an inbound agent who tells me she cannot help me, puts me on hold for 15 minutes and then tells me someone will call me within 24 hours upon confirmation that the sms was genuinely sent to me as part of their sales campaign.

Wasting my time and my money, poor service
