I have a problem with this budget people as when i was initially contacted by the lady named Sameera Limalia who gave me a quotation for my toyota corolla on 10/10/2013.On our telephonic conversation i specifically told that lady not to deduct any money from my account until i inform her to do so, we also agreed that if i agree, BUDGET can only deduct in my account from 28th december. But to my amazement Budget went into my account on the 20th of november for a deduction of R120.00 and R237.51. The next day i emailed Sameera to inform he of what has transpired and she ansked me for my policy number which i provided her with, she then only responded to me by asking me if i wanted to keep or cancel the policy which i told i want to cancel, on the 22nd. On the 28th of november BUDGET deducted an amount of R628.94 whaich is after i notified them to cancel the policy. I then phoned their call centre for assistance on the 29th and i was told some manager will contact me after, till today 04/12/13 no one has come back. Today i spoke to Sanjir Sighn who has told me to that his manager will contact but he does not know when that will happen. What an annoying service that i have received.
