Wrong Policy Commencement Date

I recently took a policy with Budget Insurance on Friday around 13:30 and if I remember correctly the person I spoke to is Matshidiso. She asked me when I would like to commence the policy and gave me an option of November and December, I opted for December and she said my account will be debited on the 2nd of December. After I spoke to her she sends the summary cover that say the my account will be debited on the 1st of November which i never agreed to. I don't know if this is how they are trained to people but I find it not acceptable because the first time I asked for a quote around September they also told me about moving the policy a month or two ahead while I decide. When I call the gentlemen I spoke to said he can only move it to the 15th then before the 15th move it to December, I did not want that also avoiding being debited twice as a result of a person forgetting to move the date and I opted to cancel the policy but it wasnt instead moved to 17th of Nov. So please I would like the policy to be moved to 1st of Dec within 48 hours and the document confirming that sent to me otherwise I am going to stop the debit order at the bank.
