Awaiting Payback

Good day,

After receiving a mail stating that I would be receiving my Payback by the 1st of December, I am unhappy to report I am still waiting...

It is now the 4th and after two calls to your call centre, not one of your employees could tell me exactly when I would be receiving the money you owe me!!

I would hate to think if I should die tomorrow, how long it would take you to pay my beneficiary.

I am taking my business elsewhere.
