ITC listing

Good day Sir/Madam
I would like to get clarity from Discovery health why I have been listed on ITC with a claimed outstanding amount of R 2474.97.

To make matters worse Discovery has got the audacity to also list my partner for the same amount. I have been receiving threatening mails and telephone calls from a company called ITC business administrators and time and time again I have been telling them to get their facts straight and I was merely a beneficiary on the medical scheme but clearly that has been falling on incompetent deaf ears.

I'm irritated and disgusted with the way Discovery Health conducts their business and I want this to be sorted out TODAY and my name removed from ITC with immediate effect. This is completely unacceptable and a violation of the NCR acts.

Gone are the days cooperates can push consumers around and expect them to take whatever rubbish gets dished out to them.
