Money still not paid back

After two weeks of continuous complaints via phone calls and e-mails we are STILL waiting for our money to be paid back. Amanda Mabaso first sent me an e-mail on April 12th about the money as I e-mailed her about the money stating that it needed to be in our account before Saturday 13 April. She then sent me an e-mail saying the money had still not been allocated!!! The service we are receiving is an utter disgrace!!! You're quick to take the money without warning that you have not received previous payments even though we had paid the accounts but you don't want to pay the money back. If the money is not in our account by tomorrow morning 11am I am contacting the Consumer Protection Act and going to see a lawyer. We will be taking matters further!
