Outsurance
No R400 payback as promised

Outsurance is running the promotion whereby you will receive a R 400 payback if they cannot match the quote of another Supplier. I phoned through to the call centre, in the hope of getting a cheaper quote than my current service provider. I supplied them with my current policy document to verify the amount I was paying. Unfortunately this was not the case as Outsurance came in at a higher premium. When I enquired about the R 400 payback, I was given a long winded story, and was later sent a link to which I could make my claim.
The link was non-existant and was not allowing me login access. I tried the link on several different occasions with no success. Which bring me to the conclusion that Outsurances claim of the R400 payback is just a lot of " hot air"
