Last week I had a claim with Outsurance. I called through to log the claim and Lungile Tshabalala took my call. She was rude right from the outset, rushing me to give her information. she did not listen and understand what exactly what transpired with my incident. She cut me off while I was trying to explain and subesequently left out info on the claim schedule. she never responded to any e-mails that I sent her and when she did call me back, she once again rushed me, refused to listen, spoke while I was explaining something and used a condescending tone with me. I was highly irate and advised her that she should not speak to me that way.
