Not sticking to agreement

I have submitted a claim with Outsurance and after having received excellent service through out the process from the assessor that was assigned to deal with my claim to be at the point where I am actually completely disappointed and the awesome service received from the previous person who I dealt with is in disregard.

My claim was approved and I was advised to contact Jack from Outsurance claims department to verify my banking details for my pay out which I did yesterday at 9am. He then advised that he made the payment and it would reflect in my account in 24hours. This morning the funds are not reflected in my account and I called him where he had a long argument with me that he told me the he said 48hours. I then instructed him to listen to the call where we discussed this as I did not like to be accused of lying.

He then came back to me saying that he apologies that he said 24hours when in fact it is 48hours and there is nothing he can do about it. This is not the level of service I expected from Outsurance and I request that someone calls me with positive feedback asap. As the time frame he gave me was verbally confirmed and it forms part of my service level agreement.
