Complete Utter Disgusting Customer Service

I joined Outsurance and this is my first month with them, but two days ago was just the last straw with them. I called Outsurance 2 weeks ago just to enquire about a incident that I had with my vehicle, while explaining the situation, I was put through to the Claims Dpt, which I could not understand. I went on explaining everything and stressed on the point that I am just looking for advice, not claiming. Then the lady tells me that I need to take my vehicle in to the panelbeaters and make sure that I have the excess available, that's when I realised that this whole call was misunderstood. I corrected this, with this actually found all accessories to the vehicle was not insured. Outsurance promised that someone would call me back within 48 hours, and nobody did. I called back numerous times this week, and was told that someone would call me back. Eventually, two days ago I spoke to someone and explained again, I was told to move forward and do what I must do. I called to cancel my policy, and spoke to Kavi (Senior Advisor) he was so rude&arrogant. He just kept on trying to scare me and said that they have on record that I am unhappy because they rejected my claim. I am so disgusted.
