Will not pay claim

My husband put a claim in for me on the 28th due to hail damage as i was was recovering from surgery, only for them to turn around and say no payment was made I've been to the bank they've taken prorate oct and November when we enquirer about this extra their excuse is so the policy wont collapse then the was another amount taken November after the fact i phoned them and said I ONLY GET PAID THE 25TH of every month which they know about but their own thing. I'm still waiting for Zama to get back to me as then they still send me a letter stating they will not pay the claim so guess what I've taken this to my lawyer, I'm GOING to take this matter further and I'm going to show your customers you don't care about your clients you just take their money and them politely.
