Selling products under false identify

I received a call from zest life a day after purchasing a new vehicle. At the dealer there was specific options for not receiving any further marketing information which I have chosen. They had all my details already and mentioned that West Bank insurance offers protection for my vehicle in case of loss etc.. never did they mention they are from zest life giving the false pretence they are from West Bank. Only once I received the details via mail I saw I was being to and I subscribe to some 3rd party insurer unrelated to West Bank. I have requested them to cancel my policy yet to discover a strange new debit order this month which I will have to ask the bank to cancel.
