Easy claim process

I put in a claim for a repair to my car after having had an accident. I was very impressed with how quickly the claim was processed and everyone was so helpful, even the assessor was on my side, checking that the panel beater had quoted for everything that needed to be done. This is my first vehicle claim ever but I have heard that insuranc companies drag their heels and make out like they are doing you a favour and that you are in the wrong. Whilst I dont have personal experience of that, I just wanted to commend Alexander Forbes for making the whole process so painless!
