No resolution to a FNB error, only lame excuses!

I am fed up with the service from FNB Premier Banking Department. It has now been more than 2 months to resolve a credit card query I have lodged with FNB.

Without my permission, they have taken all my credit card budget facility transactions, some over 3 and 6 months and converted it to one lump sum amount over 36 months!

I have had numerous discussions with both my Premier Banker and his manager and still they can't understand that I will pay large amounts of interest to the bank.

Their excuse is that it cannot be reversed but at least my instalment is similar. The more I explain to them that the difference in interest over 3 or 6 months vs 36 months is enormous, they can't get to understand it.

It has now been over 2 months and no result, no feedback and obviously a no care attitude.

Still battle to understand the need of being a Platinum account holder with preferential service if this cannot be understood or resolved!!
