First National Bank
No future dated payments for efiling

Business & Finance

SARS eFiling have recently changed from a debit pull to a credit push payment method for tax payments. FNB Internet Banking does not support future dated payments for these types of transactions. This means that FNB eFiling users now need to remember to log in to Internet Banking to release their payments on the due date. This is very inconvenient. After a series of emails with their support department I was informed that it is simply not supported and their were no plans to at any time. Thats a poor show from the worlds most innovative bank.
