RIP OFF

On Friday i had a debit order of R224.00 returned because the account was R28.00 in overdraft, the amount went off and was immediately returned at a cost of R115.00 on the same day i deposited R3000.00 into my account - so the account was probably in overdraft of R28.00 for about 2 hours - how is that fair and ethical.
No problem - I have made arrangements with another bank who are not at antiquated.

do not need this kind of attitute from a bank i have been with for years - obviously they do not need my business
