R50 retained by the bank ATM

I deposited money at Golden Acre Easy plan R50.00 note was retained by the ATM. I filled in all the necessary documents inside the FNB Easy bank and I was promised to receive the money within 4 days. That was last year. All I received was a bad attidute from the staff the Manager promised to sort my query and she never called.

I like banking with FNB but this kind of service is unacceptable
