No refunding money

Must tell capitec bank one thing their so call "mircochip" no copy proof! i "expose" my pin to my son and he try to withdraw money out my account with my permission and the atm retained the card. So how can there be a withdrawn out of my account at another atm without the original card??? as the atm retained the card!!! explain that please! and yes i must take the lost of R2000! thank you very much CAPITECBANK for your pathetic service not recommending nobody to open a account with your bank! rather go to a bank that can help you!
