Why cant your processes be done over the phone?

I tried applying for an easy plan loan and recieved an sms saying i could qualify. I then called the contact centre only then to be told that I need to go into an easy plan branch to continue with the application.

I find that very inconvinient and do not see why the docs cannot be emailed etc

That is after all why we have technology!
