FNB- a bunch of incompetent fools

I took out a loan with FNB last year Dec. Wen I went to an easy plan branch in March, I was told that my last debit will be end mnth April, I went again mid April to ask how much was going to be debited, I was then told my last debit will be end month May of R464. Month end May R754 was debited, I went bak to the branch and they called the easy plan call centre where I was told that my last debit was suppose to be mnth end April and I was promised a refund within 5 days, 5 days later, nthn, I went bak to the branch and again was put to the call centre where I was promised again a refund but still nothing, I then contacted the call centre yesterday and I was told by Ondelwa that I'm not due for a refund and she would contact me before the day ends for feedback... I have never experienced such incompetence, what is FNB running? A circus? These people are a bunch of incopetent fools...
